Where does our food come from?

We choose our ingredients with intention, we know our farmers and we choose only clean, sustainably farmed foods with the highest nutritional value available. We are based in the Hudson Valley and whenever possible choose local foods.

Milk and Butter

We use only the highest quality grass fed organic non-homogenized dairy products for our foods

Leavening Agents:

We strive to use the natural leavening power of sourdough whenever possible, some of our recipes include a small amount of baking soda.

Preservatives:

We strive to use natural preserving agents like rosemary extract if necessary

Cinnamon and Spices

We intentionally source the cleanest available Cinnamon in the marketplace.

Eggs

If our product contain eggs on the ingredient list, rest assured they are local Hudson Valley farm fresh eggs

Einkorn Flour

We exclusively use Einkorn flour in all of our products, this ancient grain or “the original wheat” is packed with nutrients and easily digestible.

Blackstrap Molasses + New York Maple Syrup

These sweeteners are packed with micronutrients including iron and add a little sweetness and flavor profile to our sweet snacks.


Cheddar and Gouda

We source grass fed organic cheddar for that sharp taste and use gouda for its mild flavor and rockstar nutritional profile. Gouda is packed with vitamin K and is the most nutrient dense cheese available
